classes and individual studies of tap, ballet, jazz, pom-pon, hip hop, cheer,
pointe and sports acro. Please refer to the class details and price list for
combination class content.
Elite Dance Co. participates in many local events including Liberty's “Spring on
the Square” and “Fall Festival” as well as Kearney's “Jesse James Parade”,
Metro North Mall and Antioch Center’s Dance Showcase. Our studio also
participated in the first annual DancinKC Showcase held at the Folly Theatre.
We have also appeared for special performances at Disney World, Branson and
Disney Land. Elite Dance Co. offers standard noncompetitive dance classes as
well as competitive classes independent of each other. Competitive teams
compete locally in addition to out-of-town competitions. The competitive teams
also make special appearances at Starlight Theatre, Kansas City Comets
Soccer halftimes, William Jewell basketball halftimes, Zona Rosa Art Festival and
other exclusive engagements.
Elite Dance Co. provides two sessions annually. Our primary session follows the
standard school year (Sept. - June), ending with an annual recital. Our
secondary session is our summer session taking place in June and July.
Depending on the recital date, summer session lengths can vary from year to
year (normally 4 - 6 weeks in length).
